·         Developed and integrated loss control/risk management programs and service plans, as well as training programs for pastors, bookkeepers, school teachers and maintenance staff

·         Created handbooks and monthly client targeted newsletters and best practices

Environmental, Health & Safety Officer

• Spearheaded the development and implementation of the City’s Safety and Environmental Programs
• Supervised the Medical Services Division; conducted facility inspections, workplace hazard assessments, ergonomic and indoor air quality assessments, vehicle accident investigations, and asbestos surveys
