I am a recent graduate of Columbia Southern University with a bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health. I am currently a paramedic and have over 10 years of healthcare experience, both pre-hospital and post-hospital. I am also a certified community paramedic and have my Fire and EMS Instructor II certification. I currently teach and am a preceptor, I travel all over the state of Ohio as a community paramedic, and I work at a construction site as a paramedic. I'm looking to gain experience in safety, but I'm not sure what route I want to take. I would like to find a career that allows me to have the financial means to hold one job where I can learn and grow as a safety professional.
